November 22-24, Sumy National Agrarian University being the partner of the European Business Association conducted training courses for veterinary doctors in the field of poultry breeding. September 2019, Sumy National Agrarian University and the European Business Association signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of veterinary doctors training. The aim of this course is to provide veterinary practitioners with up-to-date knowledge and to create a platform for dialogue that will help producers of livestock products facilitate the process of modernization and adaptation to global requirements. The scientists of SNAU also participated in the development of this course. The head of the Department of Virology, Pathological anatomy and Bird Diseases of SNAU Hryhorii Zon delivered the report “Pathological and anatomical differential diagnosis of bird diseases”. The participants were also able to attend the lectures delivered by the leading industry experts from Ukraine, Poland and Austria. We hope that the knowledge and skills gained during the course will help the veterinarians apply the latest techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of poultry diseases.
