Employees of the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sumy region successfully completed online training and upgraded their qualification under the general short-term program “Teamwork, Communication and Interaction” at SNAU.
The development of emotional intelligence, emotional burnout, practical aspects of teamwork, effective use of all communication channels, interpersonal relations, corporate culture and its role in the quality of services to clients, conflicts – these and other components of teamwork, which are the key to a favorable socio-psychological climate in the teamwere discussed during the training of public officials. At the same time, the students determined their own level of personality conflict, and also diagnosed the ability to work in a team. Team formation is a complex and troublesome process that involves the use of scientific approaches and a high level of interest of all employees of the organization. According to the “General Rules of Ethical Conduct of Public Officials,” persons working in the public service should be able to prevent conflicts in relations with citizens, leaders, colleagues and subordinates.
According to the results of the training, all students received certificates of advanced training of the established sample.
