Increased competition on the labor market requires that graduates of higher education institutions not only have to know theory, but also possess a number of special practical competencies. Taking into account the factor of market transformation of the economy, high-quality training of a qualified specialist must necessarily take place with the participation of a potential employer.
On November 1, a series of online meetings within the introduction of the pilot project for the training of specialists using the dual form of education was completed. The representatives of Sumy National University and PJSC MHP discussed the introduction of students’ education, talked with students participating in the Project. The meetings were intensive and meaningful.
As a result of the meetings, a number of organizational issues were resolved, agreements were reached. In order to improve the quality of communication and strengthen interaction, at the end, all participants exchanged contact information.
We are convinced that the development of cooperation between our institution of higher education and the agro-industrial holding PJSC MHP will have a positive effect on the training quality of students studying under the dual form of education.
